What do I have to do to get my documents prepared?

1. Walk-in or schedule an appointment
2. Complete a simple, step-by-step worksheet that supplies us with Information needed to accurately and efficiently complete your documents.
3. Our Document Processing Dept will prepare your documents.
4. Pick-up completed documents.

How soon are documents available?

Most documents can be completed in 5-7 days.

What do I have to do after the documents are completed?

Your documents are ready to be filed with the appropriate court. You may choose to file the documents yourself or we can do it for for you. Additional fees are required for the service and the court requires a filing fees.

How much money can I save by having N.I.L.C. prepare my Documents?

Our fees are generally 50 – 75% lower than attorneys!
